Product Description

The idea behind the creation of this collection of Nebula programs was to see if running variously sourced reverbs through old tube radios would make the reverb effects sound ‘old’ and thick. I also wanted to produce some of the effects using real acoustic spaces, with microphones picking up the signal from the radios’ speakers.

This release represents something unique in the Nebula world, but I doubt you’ll find reverbs quit like this anywhere else either. Up for offer here is a wide range of sounds, all with a very thick tone inherited from the tube radios. Their filtering and even the harmonic distortion both provide some very interesting non-linear qualities to the effects. There is a wide range of unique, haunting sounds you can get from these reverbs.

There are 20 uniquely sampled reverbs in this set, then another 11 variations of some of those, providing 33 reverbs in total.

This library is available in four sample rates (you get all four upon purchasing): 44.1khz, 48khz, 88.2khz, and 96khz.

Last but not least, the library comes with excellent custom skins by Max Ponomaryov, aka azzimov! The skins allow quick switching between all available reverbs by clicking buttons, for both Nebula 3 and 4.

Here’s a video by Max (thanks Max!) that demos these reverbs:
